Disgusting to some but tasty to others! We have a Lebanese version of that its called Fwerigh, difference is it’s sheep intestine not cow :P

Pasta with hokkaido sauce (made of sesamum oil, ginger, garlic and pumpkin) and grated Parmigiano Reggiano. As side salad: corn salad with roasted hokkaido, apple pieces and red onions in a Balsamico Bianco/walnut oil dressing. My girlfriend liked it and yes, it’s pumkin season ;)
