Can’t go wrong with a bit of Yoko Kanno in the morning.

She is an absolute genius composer / producer. Essential listening for anyone who is interested in learning about music.

Not too picky, as long as true talent is involved. Not a fan of “cookie cutter” music, never really have been. I keep my iTunes on shuffle, and stream tunes throughout the house all day. Although it differs from day to day what inspires me and my work, I find the greatest inspiration from both great legends and new emerging artists alike.

Although I generally listen to all kinds of music (picking a song from here and there :) ), I usually tend to listen chillout lately… But I’m slowly shifting from chillout to deep house :)

If I’d have to choose a favorite artist, it’d definitely be the Thievery Corporation… Waiting for the 2011. just ‘cause they announced their next album to be released in that year :D
