As mentioned last week, I’m excited to introduce to you two of our newest recruits… please make them welcome!!
Jon – lives in Phoenix, Arizona has loads of creative interests including being a musician & photographer, is keen on print design and is generally passionate about helping people create great design!
Sarah – lives in Southern California, graphic designer and photographer by trade and has run a successful business for herself. Has also worked in a variety of customer service roles and really loves helping people get what they need

I have to say, my experience with the support staff so far has been awesome. I’ve been very happy to help out our community on a daily basis.
As Kelly said, I’ve worked many places doing this type of job and so far working with Envato and the marketplaces has been the happiest team I’ve had the pleasure of being a part of.
When I’m not working, I’m working… and when I’m not doing that I hang out with my partner in crime and we play games of the video variety.

What would make me smile is improving the time response on tickets from 7 days to a maximum of 48 hours.
