I usually do not use brass, but I know that TPS brass section module vsti is good and it’s free as I know.

The Nexus synthesizer has some very useable brass patches. I have layered it many times with other brass patches from the kontakt library (Native Instruments) and Goliath (East West Quantum Leap).
Layering and panning is the key here
