Upload Size Question

I wanted to ask Support but it will time to act in response. Please can anyone from Envato tell me if 1GB upload size limit is still active because I have been trying to upload a bundle that is 945MB compressed file size but I am always getting this error page ‘Gateaway Timeout’. Hope to hear from someone. Thanks!

Thanks Gbs! I uploaded the file already through FTP but sending it for review is resulting to an error page.

Please can any staff help me because system auto-delete uploaded files in 24 hours. I have less than 24 hours. It was uploaded last night – Australian time.

I have opened a support Ticket ID: PUZ -253-13049 and have tweeted it. Hope to hear from someone. Thanks!

I got these messages many times, but I found a way that works for me. Try to upload via Google Chrome, for me it successfully every time.

Mate, I tried Google Chrome after Firefox didn’t work. It is my first time to upload file of that size that is why I am a bit confused whether the 1GB written is still active.

Let’s be positive Chief.

If it comes with PSD files, you can put the white layer over for each PSD file, it will significantly reduce the file and describe in the readme file that users remove the white layer before starting work. I hope this will help
