Martin here from Envato Dev. Just wanted to let you know we’ve currently got our DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) protection operating against some attackers. It is working well but occasionally throwing up a few false positives which may cause occasional issues with access to the Envato Marketplace sites.
Please try again if this happens to you. We are working hard on it and it hopefully won’t last long!
Please continue to let us know if you have questions or are still experiencing issues, we will be monitoring this thread.
Oh, is it why here sometimes appear open slow or can’t open reason? Now I’m must restart my router then open it ok when i open slow or can’t open.
Sometime I can’t open CodeCanyon for several minutes but when I use a proxy it opens fast.
Experiencing the same issues since yesterday, I can’t access the website at every 30 minutes, and when I manage, I can only use it for like 1 minute.
Thanks very much for the update, it’s really appreciated!
When this all dies down, maybe you guys could consider adding a status.envato.com type page (on a different server), where you could post alerts to this effect? That’d give us all the information we need and avoid Envato support being bombarded with questions when something like this happens.
And thanks for all your hard work! DDoS attacks suck.
Also, for anyone else reading this, I’m getting a lot of false positives it seems and getting locked out, I assume because I click around the site pretty quickly. For anyone else that accesses a few pages and then the site stops loading, try going a bit slower and you shouldn’t get locked out
That’s bad. Hope everything’s going back to normal soon.
Anyway, thanks for the update Martin!
it’s hapening very often , hope this will be fixed soon
