Unity 4.0 has just been released! 
If you’ve never heard of Unity then it’s definetly worth checking out especially since the indie version is FREE

MSFX saidShort and informative ,the only flaw i found is where you mention “grab a cup of tea” which i know you drink only hot chocolate milk, also no matter what you say a to step-up in Unity3D a good programing is a must. but thumbs up`s Matt
