How about when a buyer wants to buy a template for a unique price, the seller has to agree first if he wants to sell it?

If admins doesn’t allow this option, i think that some authors will do some deals out of envato, they will sell the template for unique price, and then they will remove it from the marketplace .

think about the maths, decent sales for a considerable time, at a decent percentage vs a one off payment… its gotta be a high unique price for most of us to take that kind of offer…
