Two flyers

Hi all. I’ve got two rejected items in a row, both with similar reason. I’d like to ask you for your opinion about them and I’d appreciate some help with them (I won’t reveal a reject reason for now, so you won’t head for something particular).

BG is blank,no more to say.

Problems with margins and too much white space, especially on the bottom one. Text on top of the photograph doesn’t work on the top one.

No offence, just asking

I think there is too much white space on the bottom one, especially the large margins in the lower part of the design.

Just looked at your portfolio. Obviously you have good skills with page layouts, so I’m sure that after a bit more work these ones will look great.

Thank you I never wanna quit learning tho, so I ask and hope to catch new ideas and different understanding.

I’d agree that it’s too much white space. Add some details to the background like lines, etc that would be low on opacity or light colored. Check out Themeforest actually for theme designs on this style and see what details they use to accompany it (there’s lots of themes with this style..).

P.S. Love the layout of the 2nd one, it’s real close! Just few small details missing probably!

So now I can reveal it – reviewer told me, that both designs looks unfinished. Apparently it looks like he’s right, when you guys see it too. Thank you all for your feedback!
