while I’m not that into audio blogging, I would definitely advise you to start reading problogger.net if you haven’t already
Start using Twitter, Youtube, Facebook and all other social media platforms together, link between them and send everybody there to your blog
If I were to start-up, that’s the second thing I would focus on.
First one, obvious, fresh and quality content, passion for your blog and especially your readers
Your blog is very young but if you put passion into it, you’ll see it grow day by day

you should use the Marketplace API to make an app to show your files / new files or maybe use one thats already made…
