So we’re not allowed to mention specific themes but one has just been launched with a name that rhymes with ‘Dockshell’...There’s an existing popular theme with exactly the same name – are authors allowed to do this or has this one just slipped through the net?

yup it’s an issue I have brought up several times now – the official line is for authors to check first.. obviously they either didn’t.. or they did.

There are now three, not just two with the same name so I would assume it’s fine since the one you’re talking about is the third one.

First 2 are the same product – one for joomla one for wordpress (joomla one was in partnership I believe)

Fyi, ‘rockwell’ does not rhyme with ‘dockshell’ at all :( ..oops!
