Hi, everyone I’m trying to upload my first audio file and it keeps telling me all the time “A zip file was uploaded and no preview.swf was found.” What does this means? I’ve followed all instructions and no way to find any reference that a .swf file is needed. Any Clue? Thanks in advance. AfroCuban

Sounds like you’re using the ActiveDen upload form and not the AudioJungle upload form. Here’s the form you should be using for AudioJungle:

Hi, scottwillis Thanks a lot!, but no, my friend, I did use the AudioJungle upload form, I checked it again after reading your message. ALSO changed my current browser (Chrome) to Firefox, and I’m still getting the same error message. This is so frustrating. Thanks, anyhow.

Sorry to hear you’re having problems. I just tried uploading a file and did not experience any problems. Please make sure you’re doing the following:
1) Uploading and selecting an mp3 file for your preview 2) Uploading and selecting a .zip for your main file. This .zip MUST contain either an .mp3 and/or a .wav file. 3) Make sure you select MP3 and/or WAV for the “Audio Files Included” field.
If you are still experiencing issues after trying again, please contact support@envato.com and let them know the browser and operating system you use. Good luck!

Hi, Finally, I realized that i was doing something wrong. I was uploading the mp3 preview file as a zip file. I followed your suggestions step by step and it worked this way superbly fine. Thanks a lot!!!
That’s great, I’m so glad you figured it out!
I’m looking forward to seeing/hearing your music now!
