I was wondering the same too, as I opened a ticket but couldn’t see the status of it, a good ideea would be to unify the marketplace and the support, so that you don’t have to login with a separate account.

I just want to thank support today, it’s not something I thought I would ever do, but I’ve had 2 emails in response from tickets I’ve rased, and I only made them a few days ago, so well done!
