does anyone notice that quite often when someone leaves a comment on your file page, they will also send the same message to your email. When I go through my file comments and answers those then go to my email and answer those questions I find myself answering the same questions twice. Usually I forget who the users are and don’t know if I’ve answered their same question before in the file comments. Why do we have two channels for support questions? Can’t we opt out of the email facility? Because others don’t benefit from the privately answered support questions.

Also FAQ tab on file page is still needed – keep having to say “yes I’ve answered that question before in a previous comment”... most users only seem to read the comments on the current page.
