I just received an email from the support concerning an issue I reported about something I tough was a big problem and I just wanted to say how happy I am about the answer I got and from now on I will not report any problem to the forum, i’ll email the support directly.

Don’t apologize, I like the opposite attitude of this thread. It’s a nice change up to the threads we’re normally seeing regarding support and reviewers… Everyone needs some lovin, I don’t think envato staff are any different!

Personally I never had any issues with Envato Support. I do assume, however, that if you send an email like zomfg i haz buyed wrong theme need credit omg now ok (yeah, that was a dramatization), the Support staff will look for a more decent, logical and respectful email. And I consider that to be fully reasonable.
So, the moral of the story would be to send clearly readable, logic, precise and kind emails to Support.
