(Locked) Support Job - Junior Support Staff - $200-$300 pm

Hi there,

This is a paid support job from ThemeProvince.

Salary: $200-$300 pm depending on number of support requests, performance and professionalism. This is negotiable if you are willing to work more hours.

Work Involved & Bonuses: Free copy of all my themes + 1 week free time before you start to study my themes and ask any questions, 1 and a 1/2 hours per day for 5 days Mon – Fri.

Rules: I can terminate your contract at any time for any reason. For example if I no longer need support due to lack of support requests or if you are slacking. Note: I will not terminate it because I feel like doing so.

Requirements: Fluent English, Good Communication Skills, Business ettique when communicating with customers, Good WordPress Knowledge.

The themes you will be supporting: Village, Adventure, Footage, Studio8. That means you will be working on two support forums. UDFrance’s support forum (My business partner Christian who is awesome will be providing support as well) answering Studio8 WordPress theme support requests & ThemeProvince’s support forum supporting all themes.
