On Topic: While being support staff for several authors and yet worked in Zendesk, bbpress and Woothemes’ Supportpress. I like Supportpress best, it’s really comfortable to work with.

Okay I see, I was just trying to give that hint since digitalimpact and AGSoft said they love it based on its looks. I did neither compare the coding nor the in depth features of both themes, sorry.
