Support Forum

So the day has come when we’ve decided to build a support forum. It’s not going to be a piece of cake but I think it’s about time we build it.

So which one do You use (if you use any) ? Do you prefer some kind of a WP plugin , or You rather use some external forums / ticket systems?

I was thinking about Zendesk?But it looks a bit complicated, so I don’t want to end up building support forum for “how to use support forum”, if you get what i mean..

What do you think? Any ideas?

You should take a look at Ticksy, It was made by a Envato author, and it has integration with Envato for purchase verification.

I did try ticksy, but I’m not sure can you change for example “www.trendywebstar.ticksy.com/” to lets say “www.support.trendywebstar.com/”

Which I woud like to be able to change.

a CNAME on your DNS should work.

have you tried ip board? http://www.invisionpower.com/ tipsy is great btw

However, I soooo want this back on ThemeForest, it’s a beautiful theme.
