had the BX5’s and found them to be not good – qute coloured and similar to hifi speakers. Apparently everyone says these are amazing but a little more expensive! I’m currently saving up for them.

Hello FryityAudio,

Depends on what are you looking for? There are flat and normal monitors. Good monitors needs acoustic panels in the wall for the best results!

I got a pair of KRK ROKIT 6 for about 400 euros 2 years back and i have to say that i’m more than happy with the quality of KRK.

You can find it cheaper now days!

Good luck, soundmaxx
