Well Sherlock, it seems that the guy simply used the same samples as in the demo files, what’s the big fncking deal? It’s a Loops Construction kit after all, using its samples is what it’s for.
Art-of-sound, it’s simply against BFA’s license policy, you are not allowed to use these construction kits for library music. And against AJ’s policy as well not allowing work based on loop / construction kits only.
You are not listening attentively, Watson. This demo tracks.
First I was “wow, good tracks, so well played and recorded, but then I was like so uncool”. I guess reviewers should ask themselves when hear a good brass band with extremely good payers playing fast unison, “how actually a AJ producer would get 20 people in his bedroom studio to play this?” and “If he has budget for this, why is he not famous and rich already?”.
@ Boldtrax – “music library or sample library product” in BFA’s license implies sound banks for DAWs, not a stock audio site. AJ does allow to use loops, just not excessively. In any case, it does not justify calling him a thief.
@ solodova2008 – what should I be listening to?
