Got email from MB:
“Thank you for contacting us.
Following up on your message, we would like to confirm that we have no records for a recent transaction sent to your account from the respective merchant. Please note that in this case the merchant is the sender of the funds, and therefore, the matter should be resolved on their end. Please, be kindly advised to contact them again and request further explanation and resolution.”
So, not MB fault. Envato did not process payment.

I agreed to get my withdrawal cancelled and funds return to my account, and will try to withdraw smaller sum for next month (I know, sigh). Let us know if you guys get this thing resolved or if we can expect the same scenario next month. :\
Saga continues. They are bouncing me from Envato to Mb and other way. I am tired of this and thinking of canceling envato account.
ENVATO : “We have made a payment on the 15/6 to ranezinjo@gmail.com but for some reason it could not be processed by MB. We have sent you a ticket asking to confirm MB payment details on the 25/6. Could you pls confirm if the details used are correct and if not provide new one.”

This is ridiculous, Envato Support you can’t reply within 1-2 days for such High priority issue?
What i am supposed to do now ? I have lost money and i dont know who can help me.
