I’m the same, they said they tried to make payment but it wouldn’t go through. I was using moneybookers. I’ve sent them my PayPal details and I’m still waiting for payment and some sort of confirmation from envato.
It’s very frustrating, I’m well into my overdraft and information coming from envato is very slow. I reply to an email from them and it takes about a week to get a reply.
I have the very same issue. I did not even receive “Money sent” message from Envato, which I usually get when they transfer money to MB. They said that they sent out the payment but apparently they didn’t as I did not receive that email. No money on my MB account as well. I contacted support several times and yet no reply. Envato please look into this ASAP .
I take it all back, payment received through PayPal! It’s taken a while but we got there. It would appear moneybookers is the problem. Not sure if it’s at envato’s or moneybookers end. Get support to use PayPal if you can, worked for me.
Well, thing is I do not want PP, MB worked well for all these years, why is it a problem now? I think it is a problem on Envato end, not MB. As said, I did not even receive the email where it says that they sent out money to MB :/

I believe you get confirmation mail when the processing is successful. I haven’t received either because on the withdrawal page it still says ”...to be processed on 15th June…”. I now also think that it is something on Envato part not MB.
Why don’t you guys use SWIFT ? $35 is not that much. There can always be a problem with other sources but with SWIFT ; you can always receive your earning at ease.
I can’t, there’s no Serbia in countries list for SWIFT option. :\ Also paypal is not available here. The only option is either Moneybookers (which I used for the past couple of years) or Payoneer (which i just registered recently for but haven’t got approved yet).
Oh ok. I hope that Envato will someday provide Western Union option so that you guys can easily get your money since Western Union is available for so many countries.
Got email from MB:
“Thank you for contacting us.
Following up on your message, we would like to confirm that we have no records for a recent transaction sent to your account from the respective merchant. Please note that in this case the merchant is the sender of the funds, and therefore, the matter should be resolved on their end. Please, be kindly advised to contact them again and request further explanation and resolution.”
So, not MB fault. Envato did not process payment.
