I dont know Sony acid pro but heres an idea I have been using a couple of times… if you want to have only one track lets say 110 bpm while the project is 130bpm. take that track out of the project record it in the desired tempo and put it inside the project again as a bounced audio file.

You could try setting the sound you want at a different tempo as a One-Shot instead of a loop/beatmatched file. The sound should play back at it’s original recorded tempo.
