Some problems with withdrawal?

Hi. All the time since December money was send on Moneybookers every 15 day of month. But today is 16 of September and nothing

Not just the next day!
Next business day will be Monday

Okay so now it’s the end of the next business day in Australia and the middle of it in the UK, or Monday 17th, I still have not received my requested withdrawal. Any ideas?
