It’s been mentioned before but just want to follow up if this will be implemented and if so how soon?

This page could either be a FAQ or general instructions help file. But would be a great feature to be able to update a help file page when new issues arise. Also another thought …. if we did not include any help file in the download and the help file was only available online – this could help combat piracy and those with illegal copies as they will have no help documentation and only those valid purchases will be able to access this online help file. And even if a pirated file contains the copied and pasted version of this online help file, it might not necessarily have the latest info which is another reason why it’s better off to purchase the file from Flash Den and have a legitimate copy. Thoughts?

I agree, the help file in the package is totally useless and to update it we need to update the whole package and wait the review.

Man, that piracy combating idea rules! Maybe thay’re saving it for the redesign, I think most of the suggested features are going to be included in that beast, can’t wait!

will this feature ever happen??... I think this idea was suggested about 1 year ago – and most agreed this would be a great feature… so what’s the status? I can’t imagine that it would be that difficult to implement right? Support is one area which could be stream lined better and since we are not obligated to provide support, then it would make sense to have a passive way of supporting files like having a FAQ / help file available online. The comment facility is more like an open forum with random banter most of the time so not really ideal as a support page unless you have the patience to sift through pages and pages of comments to find the answer you need.
