I personally believe that naming reviewers is not required. You just need to mention that you are ( are not ) satisfied with the price and want to change it or want more details

Emailing support is the best way moving forward since emailing a reviewer directly will most probably result in us asking you to open a support ticket. If it’s a spelling issue or assorted stuff, we fix it on the spot but for pricing issues and such, a ticket is highly recommended.
