Shouldn't there be a "Top Buyers" page in the Marketplace?

If it weren’t for buyers, Envato wouldn’t have existed. I feel like they should make a page where they would rank top buyers like they for top authors…no? I mean they deserve it.

What do you think?

No, some of them might not want to be known, and the real question is: what’s the benefit for the marketplaces of having the a top for the buyers? to be honest I can’t find any reason to do this.

Well, if I an author, I’d be drooling for data about the buyer (since I’m a marketer, and audience motivation, habits, etc., are critical). Envato is such a great resource for me, I’d be cool with authors picking my brain. Might help them create cool things that would benefit me even more.

First, question about how much useful the already existing “Top Author” list for buyers or authors. The better help we can do to Top Buyers is keeping the downloads page easily manageable and keep license related stuff more legible and flexible. You know, if someone purchases 100s of files, that means they are already busy with their clients/business and probably expecting ease with Downloads page other interactivities.

Since I am an author, I don’t know but is there already a dashboard for buyer-only accounts?

Why should they? we are the authors, they are the customers; they are important but in a very different way.
