It has 1 sale now. But when i do a search in videohive, the item is listed down but there is 0 in sale count.. Is this a system bug ? I’m quite worried. Is there some problem with the sale counting system ?

This is one of the mesterious things in the marketplaces,the site doesn’t update it instantly,so it takes a couple of days.

I am pretty sure that all sale numbers in searches, top authors, etc. are updated once everyday at 12:00AM Australian time

Yes top authors updated daily.
But sales count in search results updated once a week only. Very strange and not understandable why do they need to store usually quickly outdated sales count when updating serch database indexes.

Ah that makes sense…. they update it weekly so they can easily figure out the weekly popular files in the categories. That has to be why it is updated weekly.

There is also wrong sales count in Videohive’s Top Author’s List.
I am 1304 ranked 
and have 16 sales is what has been displayed . But actually I have 18 sales till now .
What ever the reason is it, it’s definitely something that videohive should take care of . After all, all these information is very important to us.

This makes sense somewhat..
