Probably it depends on reviewer (looks like they have separate queues). I have some itens accepted in 12 hours and some waiting over 4 days :)

Good to know :) Frankly it doesn’t matter for me if it’s 12 hours or a week… One more noise won’t make any difference for me. That is interesting case in boring queues watching anomalies, just like watching weather… All the best in New Year.
