ClutchTrigger saidWhy are you on Envato where they take a % of your profits then?
If you are talking about someone making money by reselling my items… You have to have problems to even think I want such a thing to be done. That is a very lame thing to do and a great way to suck talent from real artist. Even if I was to get a percent from what that person in question sales, no. The model is mine, I made it, I took time on it, I brought it to be, it’s mine. No one should make money off my own work except me, personally.
I find it funny how you don’t try to understand her point, which in turn makes me not find your question amusing.

Maybe you should try to understand what she is trying to say and you might understand that CT is saying that she likes having control over her items.

You just had to say something smart, didn’t you?
- Author had a File in an Envato Bundle
- Author was Featured
- Bought between 1 and 9 items
- Exclusive Author
- Has been a member for 3-4 years
- Interviewed on the Envato Notes blog
- Item was Featured
- Referred between 10 and 49 users
- Repeatedly Helped protect Envato Marketplaces against copyright violations
That kind of license would be ridiculous. Presently, if an author wants to do something like this, they can take an item, sell it to the buyer outside of Envato and then just remove it from the marketplace. The buyer then can freely use the file in their project and both of them will be happy. I can hardly believe that there would be any author here who would like to opt-in in something like All Resale Rights.
Envato can however, implement a one-time purchase-sell option like this (without all resale rights) which may work for some authors. Specially GR, where sales are slight less within sections like Logo which may have potentially good value with features like these.
