All you have to do is open a support ticket with Envato, and provide all the details in there.

My thought: Is there any possibility that 1st can you guys ask to remove those files from the authors who used those copyrighted files (like video-copilot) before you report to envato? Because some of new users don’t know those copyrighted issues in here. I have seen some of new accounts has disabled as this. This is just a my thought.

At the moment I know three items that break copyright and licensing. e.g: a GPL library is used for a split licensed theme.
Is it my business to report?

Absolutely! We have a duty as a community to keep everyone safe and playing to the ‘rules’.

Cheers for the rely they make that quite hard, should have a report item button much simpler.

I stopped that thinking when I realized envato does nothing when you report copyright violations on their own marketplaces…

The copyright team will not typically reply to a copyright ticket. They are too busy investigating the issue and trying to resolve it :)
