just want to confirm this before I upload…. when you upload a file for the preview the main SWF and FLA needs to be preview.swf and preview.fla… but does that apply for fullscreen site templates which have multiple FLA files? I like calling my main file index.swf and index.fla but will this be rejected? just a bit of a mission to edit the index.html page just for the preview .. thanks

Yes, preview.fla and preview.swf for the main swf loaded by the index html, for all the other fla and swf you can keep the original names…
PS
I’m not a reviewer but my files have been always accepted

the original preview file whether its a 590×300 or a fullscreen MUST be called preview.swf
so index.html must call preview.swf, after that you can name the rest of the swf’s whatever you like.

In case of fullscreen preview you can make a dummy preview.swf and it will still work because your index.html file will load the swf file which you have specified in your index.html file.
Because flashden detects preview.swf file and if it is not included then it gives error. For standard main swf file is must because in that case the embedding code is generated by flashden.

I have a question for the reviews too.. The number of files that we see in the queue .. is that from all marketplaces? Or only from FD?

different reviewers specialise in different market places. It would look weird say, if you were second in the queue, but the total number in the queue kept on going up and down

that’s true and I have been fixing fullscreen previews in the past using that trick but as more and more authors don’t try to read the upload instructions so I have to reject because they should get used to the system.
