Usually adjusting Random Quantize 5-8 ticks from Quantize Setup on Cubase works decently. Mostly quantizing after live recording MIDI -notes. We are pretty lousy keyboard players lol.

I’m pretty much the same, 6-8 ticks, and -10 to +10 on the Logical editor for velocities, even if I’ve recorded myself playing live.
