We’ll put a page on the far side of the GET request for the follow link similar to a suggestion above. We’ve got just over 100 open tickets for dev work for our maintenance guys so it might take a little while for us to get to it.

This is something that should have been implemented a long time ago imo. How will people be engouraged to have every single item description looking good for the customers, when they need to to do this on hundred+ items piece by piece ? Simply add the abitlity to add a html block troughout the items :)

Would be AWESOME ;)

Well, that was just one of the things that could have been abused, and this one is least harmful, thanks to certain author, marketplace is patched and safe now.

marketplace/user/follow takes you to a page with a confirm button so I assume it’s safe to start using “follow me” buttons again?

I think it’s ok to start putting follow buttons back on, I’ve seen this on quite a few items and it’s not possible to trick the system any more. :)
