I had a guy say he had purchased the file, but he had no purchased ribbon on his comment box. He then sent me an email and I then checked the purchase history link – but I can see he has indeed purchased the file 14 hours ago.. But his comments are still showing up with no purchased ribbon.. same user. same file.. anyone else noticing this?
