I heard back from Support and it looks like they reset passwords on the Support/Knowledgebase system as an added security measure. Sorry for the inconvenience, but please use the ‘Forgot Password’ system to reset your password. Also, you can still submit a ticket without logging in if you like.
I’m having a problem still, being unable to reset my password as I’m not getting the email to reset the email.
I have the same problem when creating a ticket without being logged in, I don’t receive a confirmation email.
I’ve tried to reset my password on Tuts+, but have the same problem.
