I have a short cue called ragtime. It used to sell for six and now it sells for four dollars. Since support has not gotten back to me about my other price decrease I am posting again here. Now, I’m wondering if this has benn happening with other items as well and I just didn’t catch it.

An explanation would be greatly appreciated.

The prices of the items before were with $2 dollars higher. There was an explanation bellow that the customers with a deposit will pay $2 dollars less for that item. Now is the other way around. If that is not the case here, you should really contact support ;)

What guitarstate was trying to say is this (I think).

AJ files used to display with their highest price shown, say $16 for a 2+ minute file. This price also included the $2 surcharge for not using prepaid credit. The very same files now display as $14, with the $2 surcharge listed in fine print below the purchase window.

If its not that, then something might be messed up.

That’s exactly what I was trying to say. Thanks for translating BCrutchfield ;)
