Please Help

Im noticing that all envato sites are very slow to process in my new laptop using all browsers, even other sites are slow, but in my desktop all is fine.

Can someone help me please!

When all the sites are slow, then it doesn’t seem to be Envatos problem. On my end everything is fine. But I would suggest you to change your WiFi channel, if you are connected that way. Best channels would be 1, 6 and 11. Probably some neighbours using the same channel, which slows it down.

It sounds like a problem with your laptop. How are non-internet things working? I mean, does it take a long time to boot the laptop or does software load slowly. If so, that could be a ram issue or many things really. If it is only the websites that are loading slow, check your connection speed. Do an online speed test with both your laptop and desktop. Compare the two. If your laptop has a slower connection, you might be too far from the router, or may be getting interference.

Check proxy and dns settings of your laptop. some time due this loading slow down’s.
