too far fetched, you can’t just claim it on a 3D visual basis … but yours definately outshines the other one.
You could call upon the new quality rules though, AD did after all have the intention to see the number down of approved copy/clone/similar/alike items and this one must have been either deemed sufficiently different or simply slipped through.

I don’t think there’s a specific rule regarding this delicate theme. But I personally think that it would be a choice by every author to not upload files that really look like other files on Activeden, even files that have already sold a lot !!!

Now that’s just silly. Imagine that, there would never be much choice for buyers. Imagine if the whole digital market in the past decades had been like that… everbody on windhose, no linux, no paintshop pro, everybody using MIRC .. woah..

I think that this should not be allowed, to me it’s too close and even the animations are pretty much the same.
You can see tho that yours was the original.
What i would do is request a reviewer to look at the code and if the code is similar then you know what is going on.
