Hi everybody, I am using Photoshop CS6 , i have doubt with using the new stroke feature on shapes. If i give stroke to a shape & if the same file open in a previous version of Photoshop, will the stroke remains there or disappear ?

I’m using CS5 extended, so You can send me some CS6 PSD file and I will tell You, how it looks in CS5 .
Imo it won’t work.
It will not disappear just that your shape will be rasterized. My advice is you don`t use it, use the old stroke.
If you need a dashed stroke, make a shape in photoshop, copy paste it to illustrator, apply desired dash line, go to Object > Expand, and then copy paste it back to photoshop.
thanks Survivor for showing interest with helping me & thank you Cre4tive for the information , lets hope they introduce the expand option to photoshop too in coming versions

Don’t get how I have never thought of this, makes things so much easier! Thats what I get for never using illustrator
