I found another site that’s using my project along with a bunch of other VH and Revostock projects. His pricing on the “Pricing” page is between $150 – 450, which leads me to think that he’s intending to buy a project each time he makes a sale.
The owner of the website have to purchase an extended license on VH each time he do a customization, right? I am surprised by the low amount of extended licenses we sell on VH… (ratio is 1 extended for 50 regular licenses on my account) Also, could you please send me the link? Thanks in advance!
Hey Webarteo, if he needs an extended license to do what he’s doing then it’s definitely not legal since there’s no record of an extended license sale on any of my projects. Sending you the link now.

AndrewDavies saidHe will need extended license (resale the work) only if he have a customization request. So it is easy to check in the “happy customers” section there is a couple of project that should have been sold, but I have no idea if this is VH projects… I noticed that in one of his demo he is using an audiojungle track with the watermark, idk if this is legal, but this is clearly not serious work… So we have to keep an eye on this website.

If they’re selling customizations of your file, it’s hard to prove anything, since you don’t know how many customizations they’ve sold (if any). As long as they buy a licence per customization they’re fine. Any clients buying customizations from a third party like this should demand a licence or they could theoretically be in trouble themselves. Realistically, I suspect that this happens all the time. Given the low prices at Videohive, it’s a real shame.
but they are charging $5 per project so that is for sure they are not buying the project every time
Someone send me the link too. Thanks
Please send me the links.
Thanks.
Can you please send me the link? Thanks!

But my projects on there are listed for the same price as they are on VH, so I’m not sure what his deal is. I can send a link to anyone who’s interested in checking for their work on there.
Can you send me a link please? Thanks!!!
