Hi guys,
Don’t you find it annoying when someone buys your item (not even an Extended Licence) and sells it in their own personal website?

which even offers customization for a certain amount. (And I’m pretty sure there’s a lot of Videohive items for sale in this website too)
I tried opening a ticket for this but this was our Envato Support’s reply
Hey Spinfx,
Thank you for your message.
As long as the buyer has purchased the license to display the video on his site and purchases a new license for each and every additional use this should not pose any problems.
Please let me know if I can be of further assistance.
I respect our Envato Support’s decision but how are we suppose to track how many clients is this guy making and closing deals.
I say, stop this kind of system and hope Envato support does something about this because if not, people will just buy all the good stuffs in Videohive and sell it on their own.
We should not allow these kinds of people ruin our business and kill the Envato community.

Had to remove the links and name as we don’t want the forum to be used to call out authors or buyers. Thanks!

If they’re selling customizations of your file, it’s hard to prove anything, since you don’t know how many customizations they’ve sold (if any). As long as they buy a licence per customization they’re fine. Any clients buying customizations from a third party like this should demand a licence or they could theoretically be in trouble themselves.
Realistically, I suspect that this happens all the time. Given the low prices at Videohive, it’s a real shame.
can you e-mail me the site,id like to see it if everything is OK!

Felt is right on this. But some sites sell these customizations in prices even below Videohive’s ones. So, – given these prices – it is impossible that they have purchased a license and added an extra profit for their works too…
someone is followed me on twitter and I checked his website today. I dont know this is the one that you are talking about but their website theme is exactly same with VH. But there is just a few AE templates. I saw 1 of uniqefx’s project and 1 of Inlife’s.
sorry for my bad English
