Hi guys,
I was wondering if anyone uses the Payoneer debit MasterCard with paypal for online shopping/payments? does anyone know if it’s possible to verify a PayPal account with the Payoneer card and to use it for receiving online payments from customers? Are there any paypal things i cannot do with the payneer card but could do with other supported credit/debit cards?
At this moment i don’t have a credit or debit card, and wouldn’t really want to add a bank account to my PayPal account because of risks and because of other issues I’ve read and heard about. So just wondering if it’s possible to use the Payoneer card as the only card connected with a PayPal account.
Didn’t send a message to Support because i’d like to hear it from people who really do that and can give an opinion.
Thank you.

I’ve tried to pay with Payoneer card via PayPal and it worked.
If I remember correctly, I’ve also tried Moneybookers card and it was declined by PayPal… kinda fishy if you ask me

Nope, I don’t have any money on PayPal.
Not sure if you know, but Payo card (your account) can be loaded with another MasterCard or Visa like this:
https://load.payoneer.com/LoadToPage.aspx
(never tried it, just saying)

Yeah i’ve heard about this, but i guess most customers would still prefer paypal as it’s something they’re more familiar with.
Well thank you for your reply, i’ll be looking forward for somebody who withdrew money from paypal to payo, as it’s the question that most curious about.

Hi, Kontrastt!
I’ve transferred money from my PayPal account to a Payoneer’s virtual account almost at the drop of a hat! I mean it was really fast! Faster than the ordinary load of payments.
First, you have to apply for a Payoneer debit mastercard card and receive a certain number of payments. Then you can ask Payoneer team for a virtual US checking account. They will ask you some questions about your work, websites and what do you want that account for.
Once the virtual account is set up, you will be able to enter the bank account numbers into your PayPal account and make money transfers.
On the other hand, I withdrew cash from ATMs and shopped at many stores.
Good luck!

They can create for you a virtual US account with all the same BANK checking account numbers that any US citizen can have. You just log in to your PayPal account and instead of asking for a check you will make a transfer to your Payoneer’s virtual US bank account. Once the transfer is made, you can withdraw the money at any ATM (an ATM charge plus a Payoneer fee will apply) or spend it on any real store. I haven’t shopped on line with it.
I hope the CIA won’t knock at my door.

Thanks, hmm.. do you maybe know if this is necessary to make a virtual US bank account to withdraw from paypal to payo? i just know that paypal are a real pain in the a*s when you use paypal with a bank account and receive payments from customers who aren’t official bussines/organization owners, paypal start to ask for proofs of address, ID, bank account statements etc. and sometimes they suddenly decide to limit an account permanently even if they have the proofs. i know that there are less such complains coming from people who use a credit/debit card with PP.
Thanks again
