From what i know, what you can’t do while yr account is limited is to close your account, but you still can withdraw money from your account.

be quick, because you can refund for limited time .. they limited my account before and i provided them with all papers they asked me for, with no hope. then i tried to refund the money but they said they can’t refund the money after XX period. i can’t remember how much time they give you maybe 1 or 2 months
i know that sucks !

why you don’t try to call Paypal. They blocked my account as well 1 month ago and I called them and in 2 min everything was fine. You can call them through Skype so it is cheaper for you! Hope you’ll resolve your issue quickly.

thanks guys. we called 3 times and sent 4 papers. if it comes to blocking the money we will act in justice. its not a joke. there are a lot of money.
