our paypal account is limited. we only can ask for a refund. what happens if we refund our earnings to envato? will they put it back in our account? we want to get the money back because the current paypal account is made with a person that move the address he is living at, and paypal blocked our account.

Only thing i can recommend is to contact Envato support.

About $7K, right?

Not a small amount at all, you earned envato the same amount so i guess for giving them $7K they are gonna have to help you out.

After all, authors are what makes the marketplace successful.

From now on transfer big amount via direct bank transfer, not PayPal or MoneyBookers, they’re not real banks. Transfer directly to bank has a bit bigger fee, $50 i think, not sure, but it’s the most secure as far as i know.

yea 7k do you have experience with swift?

Yeah, but not from TF. MoneyBookers sends me money through SWIFT , not a single problem since i started using it(2-3 years ago).

I guess PayPal sends you money that way too, but this way Envato will send it.
