Do you have other musical projects besides AJ?
I like a progressive death metal and I have a band of “Affective State” where I scream and I play keyboards. http://vk.com/affectivestate Can be here eat fans of more hard music?
I think the commercial and creative music – it’s a little different concepts, but there are exceptions to every rule!
I play bass in a country/western band (The Rankin Twins) out of Texas. We tour just about every weekend around the Southwest. It breaks up the time in the studio, plus performing live is a natural high. Being around other musicians, who are constantly on the road with impromptu jam sessions, often inspires me to write production music. Cheers!

Leon cool music man, I love progressive metal myself and this is great. Love the changes in the songs, organ sounds very cool on intro to isolated souls. Wish the singer used singing voice I heard at 2:08 on clock of “Isolated souls” more often. I personally don’t listen to bands with the death metal screaming thing, maybe Im just getting old.
Cool music man,
Hey Leon,
I am also into progressive metal, as well as rock, hard rock, metal, symphonic metal, and really anything that is progressive. I have just recently started work on a “studio” project in a symphonic rock/metal band, and I am working on a solo guitar project as well. You can hear some of my guitar stuff on this site and in the future I will be posting the symphonic rock/metal project music here (once the copywrights are complete): http://www.reverbnation.com/#!/ericmorris
Man, Affectivestate sounds great! You guys rock!

Hey Cool,
I write and play in a Country ish ( I say the term country loosely as its more Jason Aldean style)
Outside of Aj I do most of the writing for my band www.switchgearband.com I’m the guy with the star tattoo. Recently we ve been really getting traction with some comments and add from Sophie Simmons (Gens daughter from KISS ) and more players in the industry. We play about three times a month, mostly on Saturdays. I’d get more AJ work done if it wasn’t for practices..loads ins ect, but It breaks it up nicely. I’m usually asking myself should I be writing for the band right at this moment or AJ. lol. i guess whichever Iron is hottest!
We’re playing fairs this summer, air balloon festival with some big Canadian names, and we re doing a ribfest, then pig roast in the same night. Double dip hoedown. lol. Anyways, it’s alot of fun and we re doing a video this summer and our first release. Lots of fun!
I’m glad for you guys! It is a pity that in Russia, where I live is unrealistic to collect a full rock band of the normal, so how to make money on the concerts too hard. Yes, and tastes of the musicians are all different, so I decided to write all the music myself, I think I have enough talent on the prescribing of all parties)
