Hello,
I was wondering how people typically provide onscreen credit for the musicians here. I thought maybe have his/her name under “Stock Music” but what if I use multiple pieces by different people? Do I list each title? Does anyone have an example I can look at?
Thank you.
I have no example, but i think you must to credit everybody and everything with author-names and song/track-names. But i could be wrong…
Something along the lines of ‘Song Name’ Music by XXX / Soundtrack by XXX / Music Compose by XXX depending on the style and context would be great.
The short concept film Goliath by Alex Popov used my music and credited my with ‘Soundtrack called Lost Soul by gbiasillo’
It would be great to put a reference to the URL as well

Hey kkao,
Typically when giving credit (when multiple pieces of music are involved) at least from what I’ve seen from customers who have used my work, is that they will list the song title and then “Composed By “Author’s Name”.
Other times something like this:
Music in order of appearance:
“Song 1” by “Author 1”
“Song 2” by “Author 2”
“Song 3” by “Author 3”
Hope that helps! Thanks for taking the time to give composers proper credit

+1 yes, Thanks kkao, for even opening a forum thread for that. Since the music here is so very low priced and many buyers dont even take the 2 seconds it takes to rate a purchased item, I’m sure this is highly appreciated by many authors here.

Yeah, you don’t technically have to provide a on-screen credit when you purchase and use stock music like on this site but it is definitely a cool motion to do so! I know I personally appreciate it…!
