I think that it would be nice to add a site functionality that will represent a table of strings that have been searched on site by potential buyers. In this way it would be a hint for modelers what is actually requested by clients. I see it like a graph were the most searched items are in top and have the biggest share from the search pie.

This is an awesome idea!
It would be nice to know what buyers need/want because we hardly get any item requests.

Brilliant idea actually
BUT (sorry, i am not too deep into technical stuff…) how will clickthroughs be identified as “by potential buyers” and “ordinary users/authors” both just click through… lol…
Cheers !

What I think Luckyfox means is creating a list of all the search terms entered into the search box on the site (top right on the site). I don’t have enough knowledge to know if that’s possible or not.

there are no only clickthroughs, there is also search text input field, which can be done in a way that collects every search string from any user, and then creates some kind of graph showing which item is actually most searched/requested
I think its a great idea too! I will run it by the developers!
Cheers!
