i think a buyer should be able to contact flashden and give a paypal id through support to find login info to a lost account. Then at least you can rule that one out.

The only way to really lose your login information is if you somehow have forgotten your email address… cos u can use your email and go to these 2 links to get your login username and password:
- Bought between 10 and 49 items
- Exclusive Author
- Has been a member for 5-6 years

- Referred between 1 and 9 users
- Sold between 100 and 1 000 dollars

I think forgetting login info is not an excuse. you can retrieve the login info from flashden.
