Hi again, it’s always me Today I’ve this question for you: everybody knows that promotion via Youtube, Facebook, etc, is the best suggestion for increasing sales, well, but do you really think that a non subscribed author listen to your audio, subscribes and’ll buy it? Or, is it possible to buy items without being subscribed?

Depends in what circles you “mingle”. If you have some video or flash authors in your friends circles, if you “follow” in exchange to get “followed” by other music authors so your updates are visible in their circles as well, then it kind of helps a bit.

It happened a few times for me – even today. It’s easy to trace when I’m not making that many sales yet, because it looks like a sale and referral deposit occuring at the same time. However, it often happens without subscribing, just buying. If the sale amount is $7 it means subscription, if $8 it means purchase without subscribing. In both cases the buyer’s deposit is accounted as referral’s bonus.

Well, it’s a bit harder to notice for people getting tons of sales each day, but if that’s just a single sale for given day, it’s pretty likely that the registration and deposit were related to that sale.
